iPhone 4.2.1 multitasking fix: Navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app and open up either N82AP or N72AP.plist. Make sure Multitasking is enabled:

Change it to:

The 3xx version of MobileTerminal doesn't work on iOS 4.0 or greater so you will need a better version. I am not getting into the installation method here because it is written already, so enjoy: http://code.google.com/p/mobileterminal/wiki/Installation Applications location in ios8:
