Your files should be in one of *APPLE dirs, under /var/mobile/Media/DCIM , in my example they were in 108APPLE :

iPhone 4.2.1 multitasking fix:
Navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app and open up either N82AP or N72AP.plist.
Make sure Multitasking is enabled:
<key>multitasking</key> <true/>
Find the section that says:
<key>opengles-1</key> <true/>
Change it to:
<key>opengles-2</key> <true/>
The 3xx version of MobileTerminal doesn't work on iOS 4.0 or greater so you will need a better version. I am not getting into the installation method here because it is written already, so enjoy: http://code.google.com/p/mobileterminal/wiki/Installation
